On February 1, 2025, WAWA Dining had the pleasure of hosting a Chaîne des Rôtisseurs dinner, offering guests a rare chance to experience the finest Japanese-Korean cuisine in an intimate, elegant setting. Led by Chef Chris Hong, Culinary Director, and Chef Helwyn, Head Chef, the duo crafted a 5-course menu that masterfully balanced tradition and innovation. Each dish was a work of art—from perfectly seared premium beef with smoky umami to delicate, melt-in-your-mouth sashimi and rich, aromatic broths.
